Where do we start. Art isn’t linear, and neither is Joshua Powell. We first released "Skeleton Party" in Oct 2021. This album REALLY shocked us. We were aware of Joshua Powell but he had never manufactured something so rock genre defying. This album will go from Diarrhea Planet harmonized solos, to Pink Floyd 4 min long bridge solos, to western, to pop hooks, ITS JUST SO MUCH. But its so much right. Then 2023 came around and Joshua Powell became a mainstay employee at Romanus. If we had a right hand, he would be it. His incredible neo psych LP “Psychotropic” that came out in the first part of 2021 really started to grow on us. The origin, the style, it all began to captivate us. So, we said lets dig this back up and drop it, and so we did in 2023. Few people embody all things DIY, DIT, and dreamer than Joshua Powell. Honored to be amongst his artistry and friendship.  Joshua Powell is now writing a metal album to defy your expectations once more.
